Francis SHEARD 1838 – 1886

Finally coming to the 1911 census we do get one surprise:

Although Sarah had not needed to complete the columns numbered 1 – 5 fortunately for us she did and we find out that she had a further child who had not survived to any of the census returns. Once again a quick search on FreeBMD results in us finding a Frank Thompson Sheard birth being recorded in Wrexham in the Dec ¼ of 1867 and a death being recorded in the Jun ¼ of 1868 again in Wrexham.

Emily had married Edward Ernest Heselton HAMILTON in 1906 and Cora had a further son – Fred born in 1902.

Sarah died in 1921 aged 82 years in Ashton under Lyne.
